After 40 years of dealing in and collecting coins, I have finally decided to put my thoughts/experiences/insight/expertise down for others to read/enjoy/learn from.

So who am I, I guess that’s a fair question.

I was born and raised in Kentucky.  I have my BS in Real Estate/Finance with a minor in Construction Technology.  I lived in Germany/Switzerland during the late 80’s and 90’s . I moved back to Kentucky and got married. I have a beautiful wife, a brilliant son, an Australian Shepherd dog, and two parakeets. We all live in the home of our dreams…meaning we won’t move ever again!  We love to travel and do so about 4 times a year. Besides coins, I am interested in skiing, basketball, motorsports, and photography. My most recent past time has been “roll hunting” coins from bank rolls.

Below is a photo of my old faithful companion. When everyone goes to bed he stays with me while I piddle with my coin endeavor for the evening.
